The location is fantastic, right in the center. The staff are very friendly and cute. I particularly appreciated the availability of kettles in the room and the complimentary safety deposit boxes.
The soundproofing was inadequate, making it a bit noisy at times.

I had neat, brand-new room with a balcony, a view towards the Atatuerk Boulevard, storage space, had good night's sleep. Comfortable central location next to the 15th beach, and parasols was free👍

The hotel has a good central location in Alanya.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was not vacuumed and the cups were just rinsed, not replaced. The food quality was subpar, mostly oily and repetitive, lacking authentic Turkish flavors that I expected. The bar service was chaotic and unfriendly, with poorly made drinks that had no ice.

They gave us large and brand-new room with a great balcony in ours. The place had a SPECIAL atmosphere. The location was particularly good and perfect as it was close to restaurants and bars.
